The future of fitness is coming to Naptown. Following on the heels of its Carmel location, Orangetheory Fitness has snatched up a prime spot in Ironworks at Keystone and will bring its unique workout studio to the diverse list of entertainment and culinary offerings at the complex.
Every 60-minute Orangetheory Fitness class delivers a high-energy workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training using a variety of equipment including treadmills, water rowers, TRX suspension straps and free weights. Each session is led by a professional trainer who ensures you are pushing yourself while safely guiding you through the class in a fun group environment where you’ll burn 500-1,000 calories.
What really sets Orangetheory Fitness apart from other exercise classes? The innovative program uses the science of heart rate-based training. Each participant wears a heart rate monitor and their individual performances are projected, in real time, on large screens. This tool not only motivates members but serves as a means for coaches to gauge each person’s level of intensity.
To represent the energy, fitness and fun that’s coming to Ironworks at Keystone, Orangetheory placed bright orange bicycles around Indy as a unique way to tell Indianapolens they’re right here in Circle City. You can visit Orangetheory’s pre-sales office located at Ironworks at Keystone between B Spot Burgers and Ruth’s Chris. Though the grand opening is slated for early 2016, you can sign up now as a Founding Member and enjoy a 15-20 percent discount off retail rates.
