ParkFest 2023, featuring Stella Luna and the Satellites, is an outdoor concert at Barnhart Field in Pendleton’s Falls Park. It’s the third year for this event, a fundraiser for a future amphitheater in Falls Park.
Bring your own picnic (BYOP) – food, drink, chairs and blanket for a perfect summer evening. A BYOP contest will award cash prizes for the best decorated space.
