Ghost Train of Metamora

Climb aboard for a gently spooky adventure in historic Metamora! The Ghost Train is a family-friendly Halloween excursion designed for ghosts and goblins of all ages. This is not a horror ride, but a classic, atmospheric ghost story that comes to life on the rails.

The Haunted Journey

As the train travels through the dark countryside of the Whitewater Valley, a unique ghost story will unfold around you. Be prepared to be “haunted” by live characters from the tale who will interact with the train along its journey. The entire experience is crafted to be family-friendly with no blood or gore. This is a half-hour (30-minute) round-trip excursion that is sure to become a family tradition.

This excursion DEPARTS FROM METAMORA, INDIANA, not from the main depot in Connersville. The Metamora ticket office is located at: 19056 Main St, Metamora, IN 47030.

This event runs on select Friday and Saturday evenings in October.

• Departure Times (Each Night): 6:45 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:15 PM, & 9:01 PM
