The mission of the Carmel Farmers Markets is to bring the freshest, most wholesome and safest Indiana grown and produced foods to the residents of Carmel and the surrounding areas. During these challenging times, the Market volunteers have continued to keep that mission uppermost in our thoughts and actions. But we also have a mission that is uppermost in our minds. That mission is keeping you and your loved ones as safe as possible. We have taken what we learned about keeping all of us (visitors, vendors and volunteers) safe and healthy by applying these lessons to the Winter Market. We want to make sure that you can continue to obtain meat, eggs, poultry, bread and other food essentials to maintain a healthy diet. The following are some guidelines that we will be following during this winter market.·
- We have an entry door and an exit door. Â Â
- The Market traffic pattern is one direction only. One-way decals are on the floor to encourage social distancing.
- Masks will be required of all guests who are not fully vaccinated.
- The seating area for indoor dining has been removed.
- We encourage all visitors to take their prepared food purchases home with them for consumption there.Â
