Our teachers are highly experienced in early childhood education. Each of our lead teachers has a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), Early Childhood Education Associate or a degree in Elementary Education. Our assistant teachers have years of hands on classroom experience or a CDA. We recognize that your child’s teacher is crucial to their learning. Research has proven that the first five years are particularly important for brain development. Understanding the stages of child development helps our early childhood professionals support your child as they grow and develop. Kelley’s teachers are continually learning throughout the year by accumulating a minimum of 20 training hours per year. Each teacher is certified in CPR, First Aid and Universal Precautions annually. In addition, our infant teachers are educated in Safe Sleep Practices as well as CDC guidelines for breast milk and formula. Our center is fully licensed by the state of Indiana. Kelley’s Exclusive Child Care exceeds all state guidelines and proudly participates in Paths to Quality. Paths to Quality is Indiana’s statewide quality rating system for early care and education programs. We are also a long-standing member of Angie’s List with top rankings and multiple Super Service Awards.
