Q&A with ICC Summer Music Camp:

What makes ICC Summer Music Camp unique?

The ICC offers inspiring music for audiences that also provide ICC singers with the satisfaction of achieving their artistic goals and the experience of performing before a live audience. In addition, children and youth who participate in the ICC’s programs gain increased cultural awareness through opportunities to perform. A World Showcase Summer Music Camp concludes each camp session with a concert featuring camp participants. Performances are scheduled to be Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Cornerstone Lutheran Church in Carmel and Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Cornerstone Lutheran Church in Carmel.

Beyond the artistic excellence created by its singers, the ICC has a positive impact on children and youth where they feel accepted, respected, responsible, and challenged. Young people flourish when they are engaged in activities that are valued, meaningful, and worthwhile. Children and youth are empowered to pursue and achieve excellence when they are in a safe environment among peers and are guided by caring adult role models. The World Showcase Summer Music Camp offers campers an opportunity to experience ICC and nurture their love of music in a fun environment. If campers wish to continue with ICC, the camper can audition for an ICC choir during the summer camp.
