CodeWizardsHQ offers the most fun (and effective!) virtual coding camps and summer accelerated classes for ages 8-18. Hands-on interactive learning in small groups, customizable projects, and highly rated instructors provide an experience that students love. Students can participate in one-week camps or three-week accelerated classes.
One-week camps are perfect for gamers who are interested in learning to code. Minecraft and Roblox are used to teach programming logic. In Minecraft-based camps, students use Minecraft and Java to learn computing concepts. Kids build projects inside Minecraft while using it as a tool to learn how to code. Roblox-based camps introduce students to the world of Roblox game creation! By the completion of this camp, students will have a fully developed project and the skills to create their own games.
Three-week accelerated classes cover the same content as the structured core track program but meet more frequently. Students can complete three full courses in one summer! Students can learn Scratch, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Java. Summer is the best time to start a structured coding education.
